Creative Industry Finance - Money Talks - Hull

Creative Industry Finance Yorkshire is holding 4 early evening events, Money Talks, which will be staged around the region to promote the fund. The events will include speakers covering a variety of subjects on arts finance as well as CIF.

Money Talks is a series of four free, hands-on events across Yorkshire, designed to open up the conversation about new forms of finance for the arts. Whether you’re an artist, writer, performer, designer, producer, promoter, publisher or innovator, the current economic climate can make the business of creativity even more challenging.

At Money Talks - happening in Leeds, Sheffield, York and Hull - you’ll hear from a range of speakers from across the creative industries who will cut through the noise to assess the different funding options for businesses across cultural sectors. Meet your peers in fields as diverse as craft, games design, drama, web design, dance and the full range of visual arts and discuss the challenges and opportunities for creative businesses in Yorkshire, for 2013 and beyond. Money Talks has been instigated by Creative Industry Finance, an Arts Council England programme to support creative businesses.
